On the Cover of Bead-It. . .Today

If you look on the lower right corner of the newest issue of Bead-It. . .Today magazine, you'll see some earrings with sea glass beads in them. These earrings were designed by Cindy Cima Edwards, one of our Design Team members!
Those earrings are in fact part of a set that includes quite a few ZnetShows beads. Cindy used some of our Chinese crystal rondelles, bling balls, and cultured sea glass rounds in the set.

We're so excited to have some of our cultured sea glass and other beads in this new magazine and even more excited for Cindy being featured. Congrats Cindy and thanks!!

You can read Cindy's response to the feature on her Live to Design blog.

Our Sea Glass Rings in Beadwork Magazine

Design Team member, Christina Miles, took some of our sea glass rings and made them sing with her amazing beadwork skills. In fact, Christina's sea glass designs were featured in Beadwork's special Quick and Easy Issue of their magazine.
This was Christina's first time being published and we couldn't be happier for her. Congratulations Christina!

You can read her blog post about the designs and give her some feedback over on her blog, Wings N Scales.

In addition, you can find the sea glass rings she used on the ZnetShows website.

Keychain Clasp Lightening Round

Several weeks back we let interested members of the ZnetShows Design Team take part in a Lightening Design Challenge. Our lightening rounds are quick-fire challenges in which the designers are asked to create something within a short period of time after receiving their package. This time around, we asked them to design with a few of our KeyChain Clasps.

In addition, each designer picked out a couple of Chinese crystal beads to also work into their designs.

These Designers came up with some really beautiful creations and unique uses for the keychain clasps. Clicking on their names will take you to their blog posts.

Make sure you do check out the designers' blogs to see each of the designs they created with these clasps. They sure are a creative bunch!

Bead Widower Photo Contest Call for Entries

As announced in the Fall 2013 issue of Creative Spark, ZnetShows is holding a photo contest.

We know that as much as you (and they) try to prevent it, you can't help but hit up a Bead Show, Craft Fair, Bead Store, Craft Store, etc. without your significant other in tow. As well, they're not always so keen on this experience.
Can't you just envision a bored husband lounging in that chair?

Our challenge to you (if you choose to accept it) is to snap a picture of your husband, boyfriend, significant other, etc. looking bored, angry, or upset in one of those crafty locations. The picture can absolutely be staged or just a candid shot.
An angry looking boyfriend standing right there could be so funny.

Photo submissions for this contest will be accepted through November 15th, 2013 via e-mail to CraftyHope@gmail.com (use 'Bead Widower photo contest' in the subject line).

Winners will be announced in the next issue of Creative Spark. First, Second, and Third place winners will respectively receive $100, $75, & $50 Gift Certificates to ZnetShows.
I see a few men in that crowd. I know they need to be there to carry the bags.

So drag your dearest out and get to snapping! We can't wait to see what you come up with.
